Sure there’s a bunch you can learn in the office, but the most valuable experience you can get early in your career is to get that actual field experience. See how the buildings are actually built.
I always feel vindicated when an Industry Legend like Herb Sargent agrees with my thoughts!

I did something last year with the Construction Curiosities Newsletter that I thought was fun and it allowed me to give the spotlight to a bunch of really awesome people out in the Industry.
We ran a series of Guest Articles and I'm bringing it back!
There are only a few rules:
1. The Article has to be about something in the Construction Industry (duh)
2. The Article needs to be long enough to cover the topic but not a novel!
3. I get to insert Memes & Gifs within the article 😁
