About Lance:

I'm from Hawaii and moved to California six years ago to pursue this opportunity with Factor X. I got active on LinkedIn in June 2023 and have enjoyed getting to know professionals from around the world. Married with 5 kids (11 y/o to 23 y/o), living near Monterey, CA. Used to play golf religiously. Fell short of my goal of breaking 80 (ended up AT 80, six times). Now I can barely break 100 on my best day.
