If you would have asked me in 2022 if I would ever start and cohost a Podcast, I would have told you hell no….
Well here we are. I’m very grateful to of met my buddy Kyle Grandell and for naively thinking this would be a good idea. 😆
In reality, it was an awesome idea. But we had no clue what we were doing when we started. (Step 1: google how to start a podcast….)
This experiment has led to so much growth for me. I’ve learned so many things about the construction industry, marketing, and digital distribution. And I’ve met so many really cool and smart folks doing really cool and smart things for the industry.
Thank you to EVERYONE who has supported us on this journey. It’s been awesome.

Construction Dive’s 2023 Top Tech Stories
It’s been a wild year in the construction technology sector.
The advent of generative AI received the most attention, as contractors and experts grappled with the implications of large language models and machine learning.
But AI wasn’t the only story — readers also pored over startup competition news, fast-moving information on cyberattacks in the construction sector, contractors jockeying to get into the contech funding space and waves of government funding for digitalization and and innovation in the building fields.
Construction Materials Prices Down Slightly for Month, Still 39% Higher Than Pre-COVID
According to ABC's analysis:
Nonresidential construction input prices decreased 0.3% for the month.
Overall construction input prices are 0.8% lower than a year ago, while
Overall nonresidential construction input prices are 0.4% lower.
Prices decreased in two of the three energy subcategories last month.
Crude petroleum input prices were down 9.5%, while unprocessed energy materials prices were down 3.2%.
Natural gas prices rose 24.1% in November.
