Twenty-Five Hacks
Last year on LinkedIn, I made a post entitled “22 Hacks to Win as a Young Construction Professional” which got a good bit of attention on there. I turned it into a series where I made a detailed post expanding on each of the “hacks.”
Well…. I wanted to announce I’ve updated the Hacks list for 2023 and expanded it to 25 total.
You can download the full list here in a sweet PDF:
In addition, I will be relaunching the Daily LinkedIn “Hacks” series this week where I will be going through this list one by one over the course of the Summer.
So if you want to follow along and aren’t yet following me on there yet, go do it now here: Matt’s LinkedIn. And ring the bell so you get notified and don’t have to rely on the algorithm to feed you my posts.
Hope to see you there and don’t be shy! Join the conversation! We are all growing together!
One Video Library
All the way back in CCN #21, I shared a really insightful roundtable discussion that the folks at billd put together.
Well, guess what. They are back with Round 2.
If you are just starting out in the industry, this video series is great dive into some really important topics in the industry (especially on the financial side).
In this 8-video series, they chat about:
The things we know happen in the industry, but don’t talk about.
The things that make it hard to trust each other, even though we need trust to get shit done.
The misaligned goals that pit us against each other, despite being on the same team.
