I graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. I've accumulated over 13 years of construction experience, in both engineering and construction management roles, in the heavy civil/transportation industry. For the majority of my career, I have been engaged in numerous large scale design-build projects ($100M to $1.5B) throughout the United States as a structures/bridges operational lead.
